Porcini Mushrooms
form the North America's North West Coast and Mountain Region
These mushrooms are available from mid-spring to late fall.
They are plentiful in the rich plush forests of the North West. I
particularly
favor them in soups, stews, or sauces because of their texture, color and flavor.
